These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ZUS Limited's services and website (zuscardetailing.com). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
We provide mobile car detailing services across London. All services are carried out at your chosen location. Service inclusions are as described on our website at the time of booking.
3. Bookings
- All bookings are made via our online booking system (Acuity Scheduling)
- Full payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address
- You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible at the booked time and location
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable
- Rescheduling is available at no extra charge if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
5. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change. The price shown at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.
6. Our Liability
- We take reasonable care with all vehicles entrusted to us
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage not noted at the time of service
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We are not liable for any loss of earnings or consequential losses
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked safely at the service location
- Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before the service
- Inform us of any known damage or sensitive areas before the service begins
8. Weather Policy
Some services (particularly exterior work) may be affected by adverse weather. We will contact you if conditions require rescheduling and will offer an alternative date at no extra charge.
9. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours at info@zuscardetailing.com. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
